Lindsay Lohan Seeks Advice from Former Attorney

February 25th, 2011

Doing everything that she possibly can to avoid time behind bars, Lindsay Lohan ventured out to visit with her former lawyer, Blair Berk, in Beverly Hills on Thursday (February 24).

Joined by her mother Dina, the two ladies looked to be in high spirits as they popped into the legal office to discuss the "Mean Girls" star's upcoming hearing regarding her grand theft and probation violation charges.

As previously reported by GossipCenter, Lindsay entered a not guilty plea to the felony grand theft count and now has until March 10th to decide whether to accept a plea deal (and receive certain jail time) or take her chances by going to trial.

According to TMZ, Miss Lohan was advised to lean on her former attorney by her current lawyer, Shawn Holley, as Miss Berk represented her in two DUI cases which led to the probation violation.

Charlie Sheen’s Thank You Message

February 3rd, 2011

Fresh off of the release of the 911 call placed by Dr. Paul Nassif prior to his hospitalization, Charlie Sheen has offered up a statement regarding the medical matter.

With the emergency being brought on by a reported multi-day cocaine and alcohol binge, the "Two and a Half Men" star countered by thanking those who have stood by his side during the trying times.

Sheen told, “I have a lot of work to do to be able to return the support I have received from so many people. I want to say 'thank-you' to my fellow cast members, the crew of ‘Two and a Half Men,’ and everyone at CBS and Warner Bros., especially Les Moonves and Bruce Rosenblum for their concern and support.”

Also sending his appreciation to the many loyal fans who continue to watch his show, the 45-year-old continued, “And to my fans, your good wishes have touched me very much. Like Errol Flynn, who had to put down his sword on occasion, I just want to say, ‘thank-you.’”

Having since been released from the hospital, Charlie is currently receiving treatment in a specially tailored rehab plan that's taking place at his west coast estate.
