She’s in the middle of her All I Ever Wanted North American Tour, and this morning (July 31) Kelly Clarkson gave a wake-up performance on “Good Morning America.”

The “Never Again” songstress looked to be in good spirits as she took the stage in New York City’s Central Park, even hamming it up with host Sam Champion when she was done singing.

As for the recent controversy surrounding the similarities between her song “Already Gone” and Beyonce’s “Halo,” Kelly says it’s out of her hands.

“It sucks, but it’s one of those things I have no control over. I already made my album. At this point, the record company can do whatever they want with it. It’s kind of a sh***y situation, but ... you know, you learn.”

Songwriter Ryan Tedder (who co-wrote both tracks), denies that he intentionally tried to make similar songs for the ladies.  “They are two entirely different songs conceptually, melodically, & lyrically and I would never try to dupe an artist such as Kelly Clarkson or Beyoncé into recording over the same musical track, the idea is both hurtful and absurd.”

It’s one of the hottest film franchises of all time, so it’s no wonder there’s some drama in the “Twilight Saga” world.

According to a report, actress Rachelle Lefevre, who plays Victoria the vampire, is filing a lawsuit against Summit Entertainment for firing her in the middle of the series.

However, Summit claims that they’ve done nothing wrong, and that Lefevre’s film schedule made it difficult to continue to include her on the upcoming projects.

An insider has revealed that Lefevre’s “Twilight” costars are all devastated that she got the axe, but they’re not protesting for fear of being replaced as well.

When Lady Gaga left a hotel in Copenhagen, Denmark, today, she wore an outfit only Lady Gaga would wear, and a hairstyle Amy Winehouse would be proud of.

We've seen enough Lady Gaga fashion to know she is not shy, or opposed to wearing ridiculous outfits, or showing the world her goods at a moment's notice.

But seriously, is she completely naked under the coat, or just trying to look it?

The smash-hit singer signed a few autographs for a few fans in a skin toned leotard and a white blazer, conjuring up images of Lady Gaga naked in V magazine, while trying to balance the large beehive on her head. All in all, she did really well!
